Symptoms
User faced the space full for "USERS" tablespace which caused the application users to be faced "500-Internal server error" in OBBRN screens.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform OBBRN transactions.
2. Verify whether the data inserted to SRV_TB_PROCESS_LOG.
3. Verify whether the transaction got completed.
