Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Branches are facing delay in processing records on Live. Although Ext_asyncall job is up and running but it is taking time to process records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ext_asyncall job should pickup and process the records within time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EXT_ASYNCALL job.
2. Verify whether the records processed on time.
