Symptoms
OBPM - Bulk upload of domestic & internal payments failing
User wants to do bulk upload of domestic & internal payments via OBPM.
While using screen - PMDFLEVP to do bulk upload and facing error - PM-FLEV-007.
Please check logs and guide on the process, also correct if any other bulk upload screen to be used for this requirement.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload pain message in PMDFLEVP
2. Click on submit
3. System is throwing error
