Symptoms
When a Maker user initiates a payment transaction using Postman it returns successful response with status as AwaitingFurtherAuthorisation. On checking this transaction using this Maker login through OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) screen, below error is observed on the transaction details screen after clicking on Reference Number link under Activity Log to open the transaction.

Transaction Rejected. Approver does not have access to Account for which the transaction is initiated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate payment with Maker user in OBAPI (Oracle Banking APIs).
2. Payment transaction gets completed and returns success response.
3. Login with same user in OBDX and click on Reference Number link under Activity Log to open the transaction.
