Symptoms
On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production SupportOBSCF - Unable to create external customer account
While creating customer account, users are encountering error "Some error has occurred. Please try again after sometime!".
After checking response of REST call sent from UI, following error is found in response with code "CC-MOD-INV" and description "Source Branch Code is invalid".
But branch which is selected from dropdown is correct and already being used in different other tasks.

In Har file - CC-MOD-INV - Source Branch Code is invalid
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBSCF
2. Create an External Customer in CMC
3. On click on submit, we are getting error.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create External Customer.
