ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Charges are not getting deducted from VOSTRO/RBINOSTRO for Incoming swift.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charges should get collected from VOSTRO/RBINOSTRO as per charge type mentioned in incoming swift
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload incoming swift through OBPM
2.Verify if uploaded message is available on PMSINBRW
3.Verify if txn is booked and parked in NSTP Queue PQSNSTPQ
4.Select txn from NSTP queue and click Modify
5.Click ENRICH and add purpose code in UDF fields Purpose Code , Product Code
6.Click SAVE. Authorize same.
7.Verify accounting entries
