Symptoms
User performed BC Payment transaction and in 3rd level user are experiencing the below error.
ERROR

PI-INS-049: Transaction branch is not the Payable Branch for the instrument.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform BC Payment
2. Verify whether the transaction is successful.
