CLDACCNT new account creation is not generating schedule properly for biweekly schedule on Change of financial year (Doc ID 3063297.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
---------------
Loan schedules not calculating as expected when loan is booked using CLDACCNT for customer the schedules are not displaying as expected during the Biweekly frequency

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Schedules has to be proper for all the no of installment 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a loan account CLDACCNT
2. In the main screen the no of installment is calculated as 78 and installment type as Weekly with Frequency of Unit 2 
3. Installment start date and maturity data is coming correctly 
4. In the Component the schedules is showing wrongly.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, use is not able to Create new Loan under the Application for Bi-Weekly schedule.
