ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User generating Customer Statement from the ACDOPTN Screen, getting the external reference number of length 17, whereas it should be of length 16. The same issue was addressed as part of the Bug 37083704 in acpks_stmt package where the length is trimmed to 16 characters, if it exceeds the length. This validation is not available in the package.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System expecting the length of 16 to generate the customer statement.

SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sigin in to FCUBS application
2.Enter the Account details and the transaction date range in ACDOPTN Screen
3.click on Save to get the account details.
