Access Denied Error on Receivable & Payable Management Screen While Viewing Invoice and Finance Details

Symptoms
While trying to view Invoice and Finance details under Receivables & Payables Management > View Receivables & Payables even though the details are shown correctly below error is observed on the screen.
ERROR

"Access denied. User does not have permission to perform this action."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Receivables & Payables > Receivables & Payables Management > View/Edit Receivables/Payables.
3. Select the role and click on Proceed. Details are shown along with the error.
