LC/LI- VAT amount fired under AMND event against expiry decrease amendment


Issue- VAT on commission amount fired under AMND event against expiry decrease amendment.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

VAT should be correct

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Booked an LC of amount 1000. Commission fired in CLIQ and VAT on commission fired in BISS event.
2) Now do amendment in LCDAMEND screen and increase the Expiry date to 2nd quarter. Commission on Initial Booking amount and VAT on the same fired in CLIQ event.
3) Now do amendment in LCDAMEND screen and increase the contract amount by 1200. Commission on Increased contract amount fired in CLIQ event and VAT on commission fired in AMND event.
4) Now do amendment in LCDAMEND screen and decrease the expiry date by 5 days.
