ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system, facing issue when modify to Commission start date while booking periodic commission, whereas same is allowed in OBTF system.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Commission start date to be modified when booking periodic commission

SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
