ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system, Guarantee Issuance process upon approving the transaction from Approval stage hand off call to OBTF did not
happen. Unable to find handoff call in obrh request audit. Htaks-addn_dtls table could see 2 approval 1 stage status is completed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Handoff call should happen in OBTF after receiving approved transaction
 

STEPS
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Guarantee Issuance process
3.Check hand off call status in OBTF end
