OBTFPM - Export LC Advise - Mixed is missing in the LC Type

The export LC issuance page is not showing user to select mixed LC Type Option, However in Import LC it is available


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display Mixed should be present in LC Type drop down


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM
2. Initiate a Export LC Advise Issuance
3. In LC Details section, under LC type drop down, MIXED is missing


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the MIXED option in LC Type dropdown
