On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Amount Text Maintenance - STSAMTMN is not fetching unauthorized record.
Users are not able to authorize in STDAMTMN for lang code GER after successful modification

ERROR

ST-VALS-011 : Failed to Modify.
ST-VALS-001: Invalid Language Code GER
