CLIQ event is not getting fired with GCEX event in LCDGCLM

We have created guarantee contracts but observed CLIQ event is not getting fired in guarantee claim amendment along with GCEX event.

Create issue type guarantee contract in LCDGUONL with non periodic / periodic commission type.
Create guarantee claim lodgment with extend or settle option in LCDGCLM.
Save and authorize record in LCDGCLM.
Unlock above record in LCDGCLM.
Update query to extend or settle option to Extension.
 Visit advices tab and update MT767 FFT.
 Visit commission tab and check if amendment component is visible.
Save and authorize record and check if CLIQ event fired.
