On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

Continuation of SR 3-38939053081: REDMANMC:Unable to authorize multiple Manual matching transactions

Debug and transaction details attached.

ERROR

REDMANMC: Unable to authorize multiple Manual matching transactions. System is throwing error GW-PARS0002: Failed while forming the TS list from the XML message. Due to this we are unable to clear unauthorized trasnactions and run EOD


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke REDMANMC.
2. Pick the query for authorization.
3. Click Authorize.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the manual match transactions.
