On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

BCDTRONL/IBDTRONL || SYSTEM THROWS ERROR DUE TO A SETTLEMENT ACCOUNT IS IN CLOSED STATUS


Expectation:
1.System should allow the user to unlock, open settlement tab and change the settlement account which has been closed.
2. Instead of $ in error message ,it should show the appropriate account which has issue.

IS-ACC01 Invalid Account specified :: $1




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Bill is booked.
2.One of the settlement account is closed in STDCUSAC.
3.Bill is unlocked and saved now,
4.System throws error Invalid Account specified :: $1 and system is not allowing to open the settlement tab to change the particular account, it s throwing error on click of settlement, as well as on save.
