Users are not able to access OBVAM charges screens without OBLM FA codes.

For example, for OBVAM Charge Pricing screen to work below FA codes are required which belongs to OBLM charge roles.

LCH_FA_CHARGE_PREF_DEC_CUSTOMER
LCH_FA_CHARGE_PREF_DEC_DELETE
LCH_FA_CHARGE_PREF_DEC_MODIFY

LCH_FA_CHARGE_PREF_DEC_REOPEN
LCH_FA_CHARGE_PREF_DEC_VIEW
