Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system, PRN ref no generation is failing, getting OBRH issue while generating PRN for transaction created in export LC amendment screen
While transaction created from OBTF system is queried in Amendment is working fine.
User have observed similar issue across all Amendment screens and bill booking/drawing screens.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should generate PRN reference number for the created transaction
SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to OBTFPM.
2. Go to Trade finance.
3. Go to Export LC Amendment
4. Create Export LC Advice contract in OBTFPM and handoff successfully in OBTF
5.Use OBTF Contract Ref no and in Export LC Amendment screen try to query the contract and generated PRN
