Queries on RTL:

1) How DDA System knows that debit account is participating in RTL structure in OBLM, or it will send all the debit requests.
For example: In DDA we may have 10000 accounts, but in LM there may be only 10 accounts. So, will DDA system send a 'initiate RTL block' request for all 10000 accounts debit or it will identify the accounts participating in RTL and send 'initiate RTL block'. request.

2) What is the purpose group account, how it will help in RTL.
For example: Users have created 2 group of accounts 'CHEQUEPAY' group with 3 accounts and 'LOANPAY' with 4 accounts, how this grouping of accounts will work.
Will the blocking of fund done cross groups if the amount is insufficient?
