ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When we are initiating the Duplicate BC / Instrument from the below API, its asking to input the "BenefName" tag to be inputted mandatorily.
 
while it Beneficiary name should be mandatory ONLY while issuing new instrument number (BC ).

Expectation:
---------------
The beneficiary name should not be mandatory while issuing duplicate instrument.
