Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is an issue with unlocking and saving on the BCDTRONL screen. Specifically,
when a BC contract is booked without an auto-authorization user
modifying and saving the Charge Amount using the Charge button results in a blank response message.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to successfully modify the BC contract.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can consistently be reproduced by following these steps:
1. Book the BC contract on the BCDTRONL screen using an auto-authorization user.
2. Attempt to unlock and change the Charges.
3. Observe an empty response message.
