On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
user sending employment details from UI to backend, but it is not populating in the OBO
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
user is sending employment details from the UI to the backend; details should go to OBO.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OBDX Application
2. click ‘Savings Account’ --> select any product
3. login as Registered user --> start new application --> click continue --> fill employment information and click continue.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users are not able to see employment details.
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
