ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank has raised below issue in Interest payable GL field in Third Party Account Parameters maintenance screen as below:

if IC required is 'No' for the account, Bank wants to know why it is mandatory.
- Will it be considered for accounting entries of the interest accruals and liquidation and if user give different GL in accounting entries screen, Bank wants to know what system will do.
- User have given dates, alphanumeric characters, still it is allowing.

System has to validate the details or list the details from the LOV.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application
2. Verify interest payable GL field in Third Party Account Parameters maintenance screen.
