ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to delete UDF in UDDFFLMT


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UDF deletion should be allowed in UDDFFLMT



STEPS
-----------------------
1. In UDDFFLMT add UDF for function id GCDCOLLP
2. Save and Auth
3. In UDDFFLMT unlock and try to delete single UDF record.
4. System throws 'UD-UDF-191' error.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete UDF in UDDFFLMT
