Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBTFPM system during Import LC Internal amendment, user rejected the transaction from DE stage and went to Reject approval stage.
Task is not coming to any stage when user rejected the task from Reject approval. From Htask_addn_dtls table could see Registration stage
 is active, but not coming to Free task queue.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Task is expecting to be in free task queue when its gets rejected


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import LC Internal Amendment
4.reject the transaction
