Symptoms
OBCFPM - In Credit initiation stage, System is throwing Credit Rating Value Error
In Credit origination initiation stage after inputting the credit rating fields, at Funding Requirement - liability details section users are getting error as Credit Rating Value is mandatory.

MAND-003 - COL243360027 - Value for field Credit Rating is mandatory in record 1 of null section
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Credit Origination Application
2. Move to Proposal Enrichment Stage
3. Fill in Credit Rating Fields
4. Move to Funding requirement
5. Move Next, system is throwing error.

Due to this issue, users cannot complete Credit origination with Credit Rating
