ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collateral pool save has been failed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to save the collateral pool

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a collateral pool
2. Save the collateral
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the collateral pool creation.

Changes

 GCTM_POOL_COLL_LINKAGES_SEQ was not incremented and caused the issue.
