ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
When attempting to unlock and Save after querying Deposit Rate code from CFDFLTRI,



ERROR
-----------------------
 Effective date DD-MM-YY cannot be lesser than DD-MM-YY

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------
 Modify and Save should be successful

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Query DEPOSIT rate code from CFDFLTRI
2. Unlock and Save
