OBP Accounting Not Posted For Book Transfers (C2B File Upload) Release From PC Queue (Doc ID 3065357.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When book transfers initiated from C2B file upload released from processing cutoff queue , system doesn't process after EAC queue is success .


On initial analysis , while releasing book transfer from PC queue , system is sending C2B_HYBRID_SC_AUTH as action and push in C2B Hybrid Job6 . When action is C2B_HYBRID_SC_AUTH , system doesn't process accounting .

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload C2B file having book transfers from PMDFLEVP
2. Batch and console processed successfully
3. Individual book transfers landed in processing cut off queue
4. Release the transaction and authorize from processing cut off queue .
5. Transaction processed successfully , EAC is also success
6. Post EAC system doesn't post accounting entries .
