Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBCFPM - In Facility Amendment workflow, Facility Basic Info has "Amount Over Utilization" Count is always 0
Navigate to basic info, count shows as zero for Over utilization. However, L101 is over utilized.
Please refer word document for details.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Over Utilization Amount should be displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a Facility Amendment
2. Make sure a Facility/Line is over utilized
3. System still shows the over utilized amount as 0
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the over utilized amount in the Basic Info - Facility details
