Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rejected Transactions are not seen in Transaction Log even though the Count is visible in Graph-View.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rejected Transactions must be visible in Transaction Log as per visible count in Graph-View.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate Maker
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Dashboard >> Activity Widget >> Transaction Log
3. Click Non-financial
4. Click on Rejected Bar (which is showing 10 records in our-case)
5. Transaction Log screen comes with no-records.

BUSINESS IMPACT
