Symptoms


 In OBTF system in LCDTRONL function user have created LC 085LURG243081503 contract in BHD and issued SGTY 085SGTY243081502 in USD and when try to save getting below error –

 LM-VALS-380 - Linkage Reference No cannot be null if Linkage Type is entered.

STEPS
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into OBTF application
2. Go to Trade finance
3. Go to LCDTRONL screen
