Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User have done some POC's for contract creation on ISLAMIC FINANCE using Global facilities. Following are the findings:

System is behaving normally in case of direct utilization of Global facility either main line or parent line.
System is restricting direct overutilization of facility while creating contract.
In case of utilizing Child under global parent if utilization is within available amount of parent line there is no issue. But if they utilize another child line that result overutilization of parent line system allow to disburse the contract. In STTB_REQ_MASTER utilization request was not processed but contract was disbursed.
eg.
GLOBAL_MAIN_LINE available amount : 100,000
GLOBAL_CHILD_1 available amount : 70,000
GLOBAL_CHILD_2 available amount : 80,000

After utilization of GLOBAL_CHILD_1 available amount of GLOBAL_MAIN_LINE : 30,000
now if we utilize GLOBAL_CHILD_2 completely (80,000) system will allow to do so resulting the total actual utilization of 110,000  but will not have any impact posted on GLOBAL_MAIN_LINE.
