ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

LC/LI- On LC Cancel Operation, contract status getting Closed
Issue- Contract getting Closed instead of Cancelled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contract should be cancelled
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open LC
2) Click on close button and select 'Cancel' event code
3) Visit advices tab. LC_CANCEL_ADV is populating.
4) Visit Settlement subsystem. After this Advices are getting redefaulted (LC_INSTRUMENT is populating)
5) Click on save button

Due to this issue, users cannot cancel the record.
