OBDX Login Button Unresponsive After Network Loss And Restoration (Doc ID 3065722.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the user doesn't have internet connection and tries to login they don't get any error after clicking login button.
Even when the internet connection is restored, the login button does not respond in the same window and a new window has to be opened to login.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the user doesn't have internet connection and tries to login they should get error message after clicking login button.
When the internet connection is restored, the login button should respond in the same window.

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBDX log in page
2. In case of internet connection-> Try to log in ->no error is observed
3. When connection is restored -> log in button doesn't respond

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
