Post Outgoing txn Authorization, based on the txn status , F- series Message is not generated in All Messages Tab - PTDOVIEW (Where Txn status is 'Success')

Post Outgoing txn Authorization, based on the txn status , F- series Message should be generated in All Messages Tab - PTDOVIEW
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate NEFT O/w txn.
2.Save & Authorize the transaction.
3. Verify above Transaction in PTDOVIEW
4. Verify Accounting entries, status is 'Success'
5. Verify All Messages Tab for F- Series( Ex: F27/F23/F26 etc.,) messages.
