Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While performing Misc GL Debit transaction and transaction got Failed in accounting in third level when the special character is inputted in Narrative field.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Misc GL Debit transaction should be working fine
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Misc GL Debit transaction.
2. Enter special characters in narrative field.
3. Verify whether the transaction is completed successfully.
