ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 When a MSB File (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS records) is uploaded, the File Goes to Error - Record processing Failed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 File should get successful Processed once sanction response received

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upload a MSB File (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS records)
