"The value entered for activity is not valid" Error Appears While Edit Alert (Doc ID 3066317.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Edit Alert,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The value entered for activity is not valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as an Admin User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Communications >> Alert Maintenance
3. Select Module name as "Savings and Current Accounts"
4. Select Event Name as "ATM Cash Withdrawal"
5. Click Search
6. Click on "ATM Cash Withdrawal"
7. Click Edit
8. de-select "Push Notification" or simply DO-NOTHING
9. Save & Confirm.
10. System gives "The value entered for activity is not valid." error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Admin is not able to amend "ATM Cash Withdrawal" only.
