Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wrong Initiation, Approval & Completion time is getting display on Payment Details-Initiator/Approver screens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct and precise time-value must be displayed for Initiation, Approval & Completion on Payment Details-Initiator/Approver screens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate Maker.
2. Do a Payment via Toggle Menu >> Payments >> Transfers >> Transfer - Existing Payee.
3. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate Checker.
4. Authorize that Payment via Toggle Menu >> Transactions >> Pending for Approval.
5. Once processed check the details on my initiated /my approved details screen > time is showing incorrectly.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Wrong Date serves confusing among all.
