Goal
With Feedback Template already available for General type only, each for Retail and Corporate user type, when admin tries to create a Transaction type Feedback Template below error is observed on the confirmation screen when the maintenance is saved and confirmed.

Template already exists.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Admin user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Templates > Feedback Template.
3. Click on Create button and select/fill the required values by selecting Feedback type as Transactions.
4. Click on Save and Confirm. Error is observed.
