On : 11.10.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While booking a BC contract, system is throwing unhandled exception error.

Unable to book BCDTRONL contract as system has thrown unhandled exception error ST-OTHR-001.
Issue is occured after the fix deployed of this Bug 36971897.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to book BCDTRONL contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BCDTRONL screen and give product code and populate
2. Provide mandatory details and LC reference for under LC bill booking
3. System has thrown unhandled exception error ST-OTHR-001

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to Book BCDTRONL contract.
