Source code LOV not listing the values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Source code LOV should display list of maintained source codes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User wants to book an outgoing international transfer through PXDOTONL.
2. Post clicking the "New" button, Source code LOV is not listing out anything.
3. However if user selects Transfer Type & Network Code field values, then system listing out the source code field value.


BUSINESS IMPACT
