Symptoms
On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to maintain tax rate with more than 5 decimals in TXDRULES screen,
the following error occurs.

Max of 5 Decimals is allowed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to screen TXDRULES
2. Click on new and try maintaining rate with more than 6 decimals.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be able to maintain rate with more than 5 decimals.
