OBTFPM - Islamic Export LC Drawing | HandOff Request is failing


User has initiated one export LC and tried to do the LC drawing and for the application it failed in the handoff.
When verified the request audit it failed in the provide request show the good description going null.

On checking in UI, the GOODs field, description is non editable

1. Initiate an Export LC Drawing
2. Move to Handoff stage
3. Handoff request is failing with error
