RD Nominee Screen UI Is Different From CASA And TD Nominee (Doc ID 3067240.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The nominations screen for RD is different than the one for CASA and TD.
The RD nominee screens is a small window in which user have to scroll.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The RD nominee screens should be the same as CASA and TD.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX
2. Nominations > RD nominee

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
