ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user initiating Single Txn Query Service request from OBDX, they are encountering an issue when trying to retrieve transaction details for Sepa Instant Outgoing Transfers from the Common Single Txn Query Service. OBDX uses the OBPM Common Single Txn Query Service to retrieve these transaction details. Charges Borne By Bank tag is missing in the response of this service, which causes the issue in OBDX where charges are not being displayed in the UI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OBPM should populate tag as part of Single Txn Query Service response message to OBDX or any third party for them to validate charge related details.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Single Txn Query Service request from OBDX interface.
2. Validate response.
