While uploading C2B Pain001 Message , uploading is failing with, accounting entries failure.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upload a C2B pain001 message
2.Check the Handoff status
3.Its in status "Not Applicable"
4.Expectation is that status should be success
